We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). No online or card payment options are available. Please ensure the correct amount is available at the time of delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Jace Sync is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Cancellations and Returns

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video evidence) to [email protected].
