1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof of the issue (clear photos or video) must be provided

2. Return Request Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order Number

    • Reason for Return

    • Attach photo/video proof of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with further instructions.

3. Pickup or Drop-Off

If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner or provide a drop-off address. Items must be returned within 7 days of approval.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If the issue is confirmed, a full refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be made in cash only at the time of item pickup or through a mutually agreed method

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after return confirmation

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without prior approval
