All orders are delivered via trusted courier partners using Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns.
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns within the country. If your location is outside our standard delivery network, we will contact you with alternative options or cancel the order if delivery is not possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the order may be canceled, and you may need to place a new order.
